How do I register?
Simply click on the "Register" button in the header, fill in your details (name, email, phone, password), and you're done. Your User ID will be auto-generated.
How do I add money to my wallet?
Login to your account, go to "Add Wallet" section, select the amount, and pay via UPI using the QR code. After payment, submit the TXN ID and UPI ID for approval.
What documents are needed for Child Enrollment?
You need child's birth certificate, parent's Aadhaar card, and child's recent photo (white background). All documents must be in PDF format.
How long does it take to process a request?
Typically 3-7 working days depending on the type of service. You can track status anytime from your dashboard.
What if my request gets rejected?
If your request is rejected, your wallet amount will be refunded automatically. You can reapply after fixing the issue mentioned in the rejection reason.
